October 3rd.

Its 2:21AM on October 3rd, 2010. I am sitting on my bed in my pink room in the house I've lived in for a little over 7 years. I am packing everything I own.. and sadly it can all fit into just about four boxes. I have to decide whether to keep it, donate it or throw it away. I have years of memories and about a night to pack them. I have procrastinated to the literal last minute. Moving day is tomorrow.. I just have no effort to actually deal with the fact that this is no longer my home. The fact that in a little over 3 weeks I will be in South Carolina on my 13 week journey to becoming a Marine. So am I packing? I threw away a bag of trash and decided to get into the Social Networking attitude and check my Facebook and upload new pictures. I'd like to thank Mark Zuckerberg for giving me another reason to avoid packing.

Twilight: Eclipse.

I recently went to the World Premiere of Eclipse. I ended up watching the red carpet arrivals, the premiere of the movie && I attended the after party. I had so much fun! It was definitely the best Premiere I've been to by far..

Beach.

You would think a beach workout would be somewhat fun..
Oh goodness.
Running, Push Ups and Crunches on the the break of the waves..
I was hoping not to drown..
Crazyyy hard but looking back on it..
It was actually in a strange sort of way, fun..

Meeting.

Its almost 6AM && I am so wiped from yesterdays workout..
It literally should be illegal to be this tired..
I was almost hoping to sleep in all day && try && recover before working out tonight..
BUT..
I have my meeting with the CO today..
I am so nervous.
I am anxious to get it over with..
I still haven't figured out what I want to wear.
What is Business Casual anyways?
So I have to be in Hemet in 2 hours..

Ton of paperwork..
I didn't realize so much paperwork went into signing your life away..
I mean I have to sign off about drugs.. && alcohol.. && conduct..
Rules && Regulations..
Taxes, Money Owed, Previous Jobs..
Previous loans, previous schools, && Previous addresses..
Everyone you know..
Pretty much everything your have come into contact with in the last 7 years..

In other news, not much surprise here.. I passed the drug test.
Woo, No Cocaine or Shrooms for me..

I did 2 days of paperwork..
I have a meeting on Thursday at 0845..
Then, Next week is MPES?
I think..
I hope scheduling goes good.

MSJC Graduation.

Graduation.

Today is my Graduation from Mt San Jacinto.
Crazyy to think its been 3 years..
Well actually.. 5 semesters..
Seeing as I wanted that one semester to "find myself"..
When I actually only found my couch..
I cannot believe its over.

This is going to be like a new chapter in my life..
Life after community college..

Ring, Ring.

I worked out on Friday at the USMC Recruiting Center..
&& I stupidly took off my Ring during the arm flex hang..
&& I left it on the table..
Ughh.. && I realized after they were closed..
&& Of course this was Memorial Day Weekend..
So I am getting up super early to call them && Pray they have ittt..
Oh Gosh..
My mom just realized I wasn't wearing it..
&& She is Pissed.

DONE!

After todays Statistics class, I am officially a graduate of MSJC.
No more community college for me..
I cannot believe it.
I was thinking I was going to leave campus today super excited, but yet..
I was kinda sad..
I mean I spent the last 3 years of my life there..
I met some really great people and had some amazing teachers..
but don't get me wrong, there was still drama and cynical teachers..
You can never quite get away from the high school attitudes sometimes..
I just want to thank My Professors, My Family, Tess, Derrick, Vernon, Chris, Hampton, Marcus, Chris, Ashley, Nate, Cassi, Vince, Michael, Alisha && Everyone else who made my community college years memorable..

Wordless Wednesday.

8 Assignments..

I cranked out what could possibly be the worse essay I've ever written.
Sadly, I had about a 3 week period of actual effort this semester.
Which, just so happened to have ended last week.
I have no effort to complete my last assignments tonight..
Urr.. This morning..
I can probably write me 3 Extra Credit assignments in the next hour and a half..
I have to do them before I nap before Math class because I know I wont have time to do it between ASL and English..
&& I did not attend those dumb plays and pay that money to go to the extra credit events to get no credit..

So tired.. I am pretty sure I am gonna nap instead of working out tonight..
urgg.. I wish people didn't have to sleep, I'd clearly have more time to do everything I need..

Still 9 Assignments..

Wow.
Sometimes I surprise myself.
In the past 2 days, I actually avoided doing any work.
I still have 9 assignments left.
I cannot believe I procrastinated this bad..

I guess I should be writing my English assignments instead of this blog..

Weakness.

Ugh..
I just found out they are gonna time my 2 mile, flex arm hang, and crunches..
I knew I should have started working out like last month..
I have 4 days basically to like get in shape fast..
My arm hang is like only 20 seconds.. I have basically no upper body strength..
Good thing I don't have to do pull ups, because I can't do any..
I wish there was like magic pills that you take and your like in shape for the olympics instantly..

After 3 years it call comes down to 9 Assignments:

1. ASL Verbal Final.
2. ASL Written Final.
3. English Cinderella Extra Credit.
4. English Beauty and the Beast Extra Credit.
5. English Museum Extra Credit.
6. English Essay #3.
7. English Final.
8. Math-105 Final.
9. Math-140 Final.

Graduation is in 9 days. I will get 2 Associate Degrees. One being in Liberal Arts and the other being Social Behavioral Sciences.
I would say I will miss MSJC, but its more the people than the school.
I met people who changed my life, Well I guess I met people who I allowed to change my life.

Its almost 4AM and I have to do all those English Papers tomorrow today.

First Blog of the Year..

After 3 years-- I have less than 10 days till graduation.
I am getting my Associates in Social Behavioral Sciences & Liberal Arts..
I feel like I have done more work in the last 2 weeks then I did the whole semester.
I cannot wait for finals to be over.

I have decided to join the United States Marine Corp.
I talked to a recruiter.
I think I am going to start up a blog.. A Day in the life of a Female Marine.
Yeah, That sounds good.

Currently:
New Car.
No Boys.
No Job.
Out of Shape.

I am going to try not to neglect my blog from now on.. Even if its just short posts.

Update.

Hello Fellow Bloggers,

I just realized I have not blogged in months, so I scurried to my computer, logged on and here I stand. Saying not much has changed in my life since I last blogged would be an understatement.

Where to begin? I got a Job working for the School Board as a classified substitute which is pretty fun I guess. I get to pick the hours I want to work, so I no longer have to request days off for shows, which is a plus. I am up for a camp counselor position this summer and I have an interview on April 8. I really want it because well heck- If I get it, I get a Staff Cabin, Free Food, Paid, Exercise and get to swim and tan all day. It would be pretty sweet. I signed a lease in January for my very own apartment.. Sorta. I will have my own room in an apartment.. I have 3 Apartment-mates. So in August [after camp-- if I get the job] I will be moving to Gainesville Florida. I am back in school and taking class Mondays and Wednesdays ALL DAY. I am serious in saying, I am there all day. But I am doing pretty well, Hopefully well enough to get into the University of Florida next Fall. What else to mention? I have an amazing boyfriend.. How he can stand to be around me all the time, I do not know. haha.
Dont fret, I am still Courtneyglenn, Just.. Busier. I still am a Vegetarian, I wanna loose enough weight to look like Mary-Kate [okay, not that much], and I still want a Pink Beach Cruiser.

Yeap, this would be my life.

Oh, && Honor Society Show this Friday. I am super excited. They are amazingness with a side of Sexyness.

Is it sad..

That the only thing I truly want for my birthday is to meet those 3 Jonas Boys? I am gonna be 19 years old, and I dont want a new car.. or a new ipod.. I dont want new clothes.. all I can think of is Jonas, Jonas, Jonas!

I cant get it out of my mind that basically everyone but me has met Jonas.. I will meet them and hopefully before I am 40. Cause I dont want to meet the boys of my dreams while pulling up in a mini van with 4 kids while in sweat pants and a fanny pack.
